Skills, knowledge and expertise:
Basic understanding of business management
Prior experience in an administrative role, including office management, procurement providers, contract management or any management assistance
Economic University Degree is a plus
Advanced understanding of English a good command of MS Office
Analytical skills critical thinking
An authentic problem solver, always solutions oriented
Ability to coordinate with others in order to achieve shared results.
Career level: Junior to mid-level professional; 6 months up to 2 years of relevant experience.
As a Junior Office Manager at BDO you will develop the appropriate skills and knowledge for performing a broad area of business administration related activities.
You need to be both a thinker and a doer, as your responsibilities will be challenging in complexity and diversity.
A short list of your responsibilities:
Relationship contract management for different service providers
Single point of contact for specific business support operations
Tools platforms administration
Administrative project management for various organizational initiatives
Internal external reporting (mainly Excel)
Business presentation templates (PPT or other)
Contribution to process improvement organizational communication
Working directly with our management team.
