Recruitment Admin role in Global Recruitment Agency

DK Global Recruitment is a multilingual recruitment agency, based in Dublin, Ireland. We specialize in finding European language-speaking jobs for job seekers in many European countries. With years of experience in the multilingual BPO sector, we have developed advanced skills that we use to help Companies relocate candidates globally, and assist candidates to relocate smoothly and find their desired employment.

We are looking for a Recruitment Admin to support our Senior recruiters.
The Recruitment Admin will provide administrative support for a variety of functions related to recruitment, and will work closely with a Senior recruiter.


Good command of English and Romanian
Able to work autonomously, with strong attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and proactive communication
Ability to learn, flex, adapt and stay curious
No previous work experience required
Flexibility to work on additional tasks on request

Support Recruiter with interview scheduling
Contacting not reachable candidates
Send confirmation emails to candidates
Post positions on various websites and recruiting portal
Source and review resumes from various online sources (on request)
