Philip Morris Trading SRL, based in Bucharest, is responsible for the sale and merchandizing of PMI brands throughout the country. We have a dynamic brand portfolio that includes top international brands such as IQOS, Marlboro, Chesterfield, L&M and Virginia Slims. Philip Morris Trading SRL was established in 1997 and today employs more than 250 people in its head office and regional sales offices.

Philip Morris Romania SRL is our manufacturing factory based in Otopeni and employs more than 1000 people. The factory has recently received a 490 million euro investment in becoming a new tobacco products – HEETS for the IQOS tobacco heating system. The factory serves the international demand of countries as Japan, but also EU countries where IQOS is sold.

- Previous relevant experience in account management customer service is considered a major plus.

- Coordinate 3rd party Service Provider to ensure efficient business functionality;
- Act as a consultant for the Service Provider in order to achieve in time high qualitative services;
- Support 3rd party supplier to prepare accurate budgets estimations and obtain internal validations for monthly expenses;
- Ensure a high level of service accuracy defining, implementing constantly measuring processes in place;
- Manage field structure needs in terms of stocks tools in continuously evolving business;
- Constantly evaluate 3rd Services Provider activity, proposing if case on spot corrective actions or long term efficiency improvement plans;
- Prepare share monthly performance reports both for quantitative qualitative results;
- Constantly analyze IQOS Coach structure efficiency, collecting feedback and proposing new solution in order to increase efficiency and long term qualitative results;
- Identify administrative training needs, propose implement follow up solutions;
- Facilitate brand campaigns implementation among 3rd party service provider field structure;
- Building a strong team spirit and positive environment oriented towards achievement, team motivation, super-premium customer care services;

- 1 year temporary contract with Lugera Makler working for Philip Morris;
- Location: University Square;
- From Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00;
