University degree in a Computer Science, Telecommunications or other analytical University

Experience of 1-3 years in software programming

Experience with UiPath or any RPA language would be a plus

English language (fluent in both writing and speaking)

Experience in communicating with users with different backgrounds

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Understands the business requirements documented by the RPA Analyst and proposes automation solutions using RPA

Finalizes the solution documentation by inserting also the technical requirements

Ensures proper naming and tracking of the solution coding in order to ensure re-usability

Develop the automatic flows using UiPath technology

Is in charge of designing, developing, testing the automation workflows and supporting the implementation of the RPA solution based on provided requirements and in compliance with the standards imposed by the bank's security policy and its internal rules (including RPA standards).

Ensures the bug fixing during the UAT period (if needed)

Compliance with delivery times

Ensures quality of the deliverables and moves the workflow to UAT once the development is completed.

Provides assistance to the first level of support team during the testing and post go live period

Document all RPA solutions to ensure traceability and easy access to the information to RPA developers and maintain them updated with the latest changes that have occurred.

Coordinates and supports any evaluation necessary when changes are performed in the different systems where RPA is requested in order to reduce at maximum the user intervention on the Business flow.

Regularly share experiences with team members and even organize training courses in IT RPA, if necessary

Create dashboards enabling performance monitoring

Estimate automation duration

Responsible for generating reports when the Team Leader requires them.

Consult Team Leader or department head, if any, to clarify the issues and apply the best corrections (if necessary).
