BO Customer Support with EN and DE/FR - 3 month contract

We need you to have:

• Very good English skills;
• Mad writing skills in German or French (as the support is exclusive via writing);
• Willingness to work in a corporate environment in the fast-growing industry of video games;
• A bit of a passion for technical areas as the support will cover mostly bug problems and different type of errors;
• A bit of patience as many clients will ask you over and over again why that awesome game is not released in their area; 
• Seriousness when it comes to working as your client is one of the biggest names in the industry.

• Support in writing for clients that encounter different types of problems, mostly of technical nature;
• Follow the s to answer affectively and also escalate problems that are out of your expertise;
• Always focus on the quality of answers and the client's needs.
