Visual Designer

We are looking for a talented individual to build up our Visual and Experience Design capabilities. You will be handling the day-to-day operations of all digital design efforts for our Consumer Products division. You will work closely with the Product Development teams and stakeholders to craft sustainable strategies and course of action for our tech products.

In charge with leading Nobels Consumer Products digital strategy, you will be part of the Business Development team. Our mission is to be the one stop shop for the immigrant, with websites mobile apps ranging from money transfer to efficient calling products. Comprised of Product Development and Online Marketing, we are a team of talented and passionate professionals with sparkling personalities and long-term experience of building and marketing tech products. We embrace agile philosophies and employ a highly collaborative and customer-centric approach to software design and development. The ideal candidate should balance creativity with technical knowledge, superior communication skills, including the ability to foster meaningful relationships with technical and business teams. You have worked as a full stack product designer, taking responsibility for all aspects of the user experience.

Requirements:
1 year of previous UIWeb design experience;
Have a passion for design, user experience, customer service and mobile;
Strong understanding of modern web practices to create an efficient user-experience;
Mastery of color, layout and typography;
An eye for detail and a proven track record producing consistent clean icons, graphics, and layouts for web and applications;
Proficient use of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.);
Sketch proficiency is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express clearly ideas, to all stakeholders;
Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Responsibilities:
Execute all visual Web mobile design stages from concept to final hand-off to development;
Develop simple, clean, and appealing front-end, both for mobile and web platforms;
Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders;
Produce sketches, wireframes, navigation models, highly-polished look and feel drawings, illustrations, diagrams, etc. in a iterative environment;
Work collaboratively with product and development teams;
Participate in planning, estimating and scheduling activities;
Perform usability testing and user research to make sure design decisions fit the purpose
Comfortable with multiple design disciplines, web and mobile applications, UX and marketing material.
