Role deion
The trainee needs to participate in the activities related to the operations of the business providing office support including customer and employee support

Main activities
Manage a variety of HR programs including recruitment and induction

Create the ideal workplace for the company

Talent management, employee relations, HR administration

System driven human resource management and tracking

Multiple stakeholder management.

Understanding operations for high volume personnel management.

Understanding of business to business processes.

Vendor management - coordination with external hiring agencies.

Start-up: Flat6Labs

This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in Tunisia.

The position is paying you 200 TND (Tunisian currency) per month

AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.

Opportunity fee: a fee of 175 euro will be paid but ONLY after being accepted by the start-up

Duration of internship: 8 weeks starting as soon as possible
