Role description
In Ovo is a biotech spinoff which aims to improve the lives of billions and chickens and thousands of farmers around the world. The company develops technology to improve live of hatching chicks and is currently working on developing a gender test for eggs, which will prevent the culling of billions of one day old chickens. You will be responsible for the development of a Market Strategy in order to scale up their start-up and improve animal welfare and efficiency in the poultry sector.

Main activities
You will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy.

You will need to conduct an extensive market analysis

Define a main target group and moreover decide in which country(ies) the product will be promoted

Start-up: In Ovo B.V.

This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in the Netherlands.

Salary is of 450 Euro

AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.

Opportunity fee: a fee of 175 euro will be paid but ONLY after being accepted by the company

Duration of internship: 3 months starting as soon as possible
