Brand Digital Assistant (m/f) Beauty Care Division

From its establishment in Romania in 1994, Henkel successfully launched an important number of brands from Henkel international portfolio: Persil, Pur, Rex, Perwoll, Silan, Clin, Bref (Laundry & Home Care); Fa, Palette, Taft, Gliss, Schauma, Brillance, Syoss, Vademecum, Hattric (Beauty Care); Ceresit, Thomsit, Moment, Super Attak, Loctite and Teroson (Adhesives).
Education: University degree
Knowledge of MS Office – Advanced User
Knowledge of English – writing/reading/speaking: advanced
Creative, accurate and likes to work independently
Participant to internship projects in marketing or sale
Assisting Head of Marketing and Brand Managers in the day to day activities:
Active involvement in digital plans (campaigns, social media, e-comm)
Works with all involved colleagues and 3rd parties to centralise, constantly update and monitor all information for e-commerce; is an active liaison in this area
Monitors agency proposals, actively plans and makes proposals regarding social media presence- copywriting skills and/or creativity - highly desirable
Monitors market and competition activity (both offline and online)
Evaluates promotional activities according to set template
Adapts communication material for digital activities and for in store presence - creative agency management and internal project management
Performs daily tasks according to team requests, within deadline and quality standards (analysis, reports, administrative tasks etc)
