    Requirements

    • Proven experience as Operations Project Manager or relevant role
    • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
    • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
    • Experience in fundraising will be a plus
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
    • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
    • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

    Responsibilities

    Process and Delivery Management
    - Couching and monitoring all the projects
    - Implement service delivery processes according to the Operations standards
    - Is responsible for process management of operations area in all the projects
    - Ensure that proper procedures during sales and delivery process are on place and continuously propose improvements to ensure effectiveness and quality

    People Management
    - Capability planning for existing and new competences
    - Representing of Operations and Delivery

    Communication
    - Reports Service Delivery KPI’s to Head of Operations and Country Manager
    - Responsible for high customers satisfaction while positive margin on projects
    - Create and keep ongoing communication for effective cooperation with Practices and Sales
