    • Proven experience as a PMO/ Operations Manager or relevant role in Real estate
    • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
    • Experience in construction would be a plus
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving


    - Manage and prioritize several projects with planning, budget, resources allocation
    - Manage delivery part with signing Minutes based on the deliverables of Execution Part
    - Design the project, interact with suppliers to get the Design Part of the documentation
    - Source / select the suppliers, equipments with management
    - Report to management
    - Acting as a SPOC between CEO and Construction Site Manager
