    This role is an exciting career opportunity for those of you who are fluent in French and who aim to fully exploit their communication and organizational skills. As Master Data Management Agent you will be mainly responsible for creating and updating Vendor and Customer records in the main database of our financial system. To succeed in this role, you will need to pay attention to details, stay organized and like doing investigations in order to collect all required documentation before creating or updating the records.

    This job often requires direct communication with various stakeholders – vendor, clients, internal stakeholders (project managers or colleagues from different departments). Even if some prior experience will be considered as a plus, the position is also a good opportunity for beginners as we will provide tools and training which will help you succeed in the role.


    • Create, update or deactivate Vendor/Customer records in Oracle
    • Collect all required information and documentation for Vendor/Customer record creation or modification
    • Receive, register and provide resolution to requests related to Master Data Maintenance
    • Perform root cause analysis and identify solutions for issues when needed
    • Perform other tasks related to Master Data Maintenance

    • Proficiency in French (at least B1 level), English is a plus
    • Knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay process is a plus
    • Basic knowledge of Oracle or another ERP system
    • Previous experience in direct communication with
    • stakeholders is a plus
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • University Degree (studies in Economics is a plus) or relevant work experience

    • Work experience in a shared services centre, process-driven or service centre environment is a plus
