Currently enrolled for a Bachelor or Master program.
Previous exposure to a foreign culture- i.e living, working or studying abroad are a plus
Excellent ENGLISH skills (verbal and written) are essential
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
An eye for details and good design

Apart from learning new things, serving one of the coolest brand in Romania and meeting the nicest people, we will rely on your help with:
CSR – helping us drive some really cool social projects related to our 25th anniversary in Romania
Give us a hand with key employees & clients events happening this autumn
Drive excitement and plan some fun things related to our move in a new home in Expozitiei area (a gorgeous new home!)
Contribute to creating some cool videos and other materials for some of our current campaigns (i.e for channels like intranet, newsletters, social media)
And of course there are plenty of other projects that we can involve you based on your preferences and experience.

Internship Program Description

You’ll be part of our superb team in Bucharest, with a bold goal- delivering the best client & employee experience, while adapting agile best practices to our own way of working. Since being flexible during this transformation is key, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern to give us a hand and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will work closely with CSR, Internal and External Communications, Social Media, and more, while collaborating with our HR, Business Teams, Transformation Teams and other key stakeholders.
This internship will help you acquire communications & marketing skills and provide you with knowledge related to the financial industry. Very importantly, you will have the chance to work with very smart and passionate people who will mentor and prepare you to enter any fast paced work environment.
