    Cerinte

    Experienta anterioara intr-un rol similar de minim 2 ani;
    Studii superioare finalizate, preferabil in domeniul juridic;
    Abilitati avansate de organizare si atentie la detalii;
    Nivel ridicat de relationare si comunicare;
    Bune abilitati de analiza si sinteza;
    Abilitati avansate de utilizare PC, aplicatii Office.

    Responsabilitati

    Oferirea de suport administrativ si juridic in proiectele initiate de catre societate, spre exemplu urmarirea termenelor in instanta aferente litigiilor in curs sau initiate de terti;
    Informarea zilnica a superiorilor cu privire la diverse notificari trimise prin corespondenta sau pe portalul instantelor de judecata din tara;
    Analizarea bazelor de date specifice pentru societatile din grup;
    Pregatirea dosarelor solutionate si mentinerea legaturii cu autoritatile si partenerii colaboratori la solicitarea conducerii;
    Colaborarea cu toate departamentele companiei;
    Conceperea, redactarea, analizarea si adaptarea adreselor de corespondenta, notelor de informare si fundamentare;
    Elaborarea rapoartelor de activitate cu privire la contractele de prestari servicii ale societatii in relatia cu tertii;
    Reprezentarea companiei, prin imputernicire, mandate sau delegare, fata de terti, autoritati sau institutii publice.
