    3 - 4 ani experienta de Brand Management/Project Management/Category Management;
    Experienta in lucrul cu portofolii complexe de produse;
    Abilitate de a lucra cu cifrele, cunostinte bune de aritmetica si Excel;
    Gandire logica si analitica;
    Fire creativa, capabila sa abstractizeze si sa creeze concepte de campanii, sloganuri, mesaje originale si de impact;
    Foarte bune abilitati de organizare si planificare, abilitati de coordonare si implementare a mai multor proiecte simultan;
    Foarte bune cunostinte de limba romana, abilitatea de a redacta texte/articole/scripturi pe diverse teme;
    Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare, persuasiune si negociere;
    Ideal, experienta in coordonarea campaniilor de marketing pe mai multe canale de vanzare;
    Cunoasterea limbii engleze la nivel avansat;
    Spirit de echipa combinat cu simt antreprenorial si asertivitate.

    Responsabilitati

    Elaborarea strategiei locale a brandului si conceperea planului anual de marketing (inclusiv conceptele creative ale campaniilor, mesaje etc);
    Elaborarea bugetelor de campanii si coordonarea implementarii acestora pe toate canalele de vanzare ale companiei;
    Maximizarea performantei brandului (vanzari si profitabilitate) prin indeplinirea obiectivelor cantitative si calitative;
    Realizarea spoturilor publicitare – selectie testimoniale, realizare plan de filmare, supervizare filmare, stabilirea structurii spotului, asistenta montaj;
    Gestionarea si eficientizarea portofoliului de produse, stabilrea politicii de pret;
    Pregatire de prezentari si oferte – interne si externe;
    Prezentari de produse noi (descrierea produsului, prezentarea avantajelor, tehnici de vanzare);
    Design machete publicitare, campanii de mailing si materiale POS (postere, flyere, cupoane si alte tipuri de materiale);
    Analize si estimari de vanzari, implicare in diferite situatii referitoare la stocuri.
