    Requirements

    Excellent communication and presentation skills;
    Very good command in German and English; ( B2-C1);
    Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
    People oriented and problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities

    Contacting airlines companies in order to solve the existing requests from the clients;
    Providing advice and support for all customer requests, so that the procedures and deadlines of airlines are met and respected;
    Ensuring promptness in all operational activities;
    Monitoring and updating the online platforms so that customer’ requests can be appropriately retrieved and resolved;
    Making all reservations correctly through the company's online booking platforms;
    Participating in the implementation of new technologies in order to stream-line the processes;
    Ensuring that all funds are balanced and attributed to customer reservation files;
    Providing suggestions on how to improve the workflow in order to reach the goals.
