The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.


    Role description:

    •IT Application 2nd level support;
    •Responsible for communication with the business users via e-mail/skype/phone;
    •Responsible for incident, problem, change, release, configuration management, technical support;
    •Create/update product documentation;
    •Provide support in all deployment and administration related activities;
    •Participate in the production and maintenance of the infrastructure requirements for the new IT projects and the major releases of the existing IT systems and applications;
    •Perform application deployment related testing (installation, removal, and reinstallation) and adjust the installation scripts, procedures and guidelines;


    Technical skills :

    •Basic programming skills (Java)
    •Basic database skills (Oracle)
    •Basic IT systems knowledge (Unix/Windows servers, Glassfish, Weblogic, Apache)
