    Qualifications

    Previous experience in vendor master team or in a service/support team in an international setting is a plus
    Advanced English level
    Advanced Czech level
    Good analytic skills and attention to details
    Good problem-solving skills
    Good Excel and SAP knowledge (minimum 3 years)
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
    Affinity with data and understanding of the importance of data quality management
    Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team; process improvement mindset
    Can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal; eliminates roadblocks;
    Results driven
    Very good organizational skills and business understanding

    Responsibilities

    Participates as a subject matter expert (SME)
    Supports the Team Manager to continuously improve services and data integrity
    Offers Technical support for the SAP end users and for solving SAP incidents
    Prepares change requests to HP for technical or operational requests
    Offers support to HP during CR implementations
    Ensures SAP tech support- Prepares transport forms for CRs implementations
    Tests and validates CRs in Dev, QA and Prod systems (UAT)
    Manage users to receive the Automatic reports-create new or change existing
    Participation in other project- SAP Consolidation, Anti-bribery and anti-corruption, Implementation of interface
    Proposes improvements in the SAP system usage
    Extracts reports for SAP apps monitoring
    Communicates and resolves current issues with end users
    Leads SAP customizations for new processesPrepares transport forms for CRs implementation
