    HILL International has been working on the Romanian market since the 90’s, successfully conducting searches for top management and middle management roles in the Finance, Marketing, Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Operations, Computers and Information Technology areas for international and multinational companies present in Romania (Agribusiness, Automotive, BPO/Call Center, Finance/Banking, Construction/Chemical/Plastic, FMCG, Oil&Gas, Pharma, Transportation/Logistics, etc).


    We are looking for self-motivated sales individuals with a minimum of. 3-5 years sales experience in covering local territory, with very good knowledge of various sales channels!

    Your main challenge will consist of actively conducting Business Development activities and achieving new clients (focus on retail chain stores and a mix of channels in accordance with the specificity of company’s products)

    You will be in charge of the development nad maintainance of current partners, along with the development of network of distributors throughout the territory of Romania.

    You will be permanently monitoring the market, conducting market analyses and marketing initiatives.

    You will provide upper management abroad with regular reports on your sales actions which will be part of your tasks as well, being considered not only as administrative tasks, but as part of your daily business success.

    In effect, your key role will be to represent the company’s business in a variety of channels and constantly identifying new prospects and developing new sales channels.
