    Requirements

    - 3 years of vocational experience, ideally in Customer Service or Sales
    - Romanian language plus professional level of English (written and spoken); other foreign languages desirable
    - sound PC knowledge (Microsoft Office, Ax, SAP)

    Responsibilities

    - Handling of Sales Administration activities, i.e. all work as part of Customer Care and Support
    - Cooperation with Sales Team and Technical Consultants
    - Ensuring prompt and correct order handling
    - Coordination of order-related requirements with the relevant internal user departments
    - Independent order handling in Ax and SAP R/3: acceptance and input of orders.
    - Proactive handling of and reporting on order-related matters
    - Proactive deadline monitoring
    - Handling and answering incoming correspondence, over-the-phone customer support and consulting
    - Coordination with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
    - Handling of complaints and support for the Quality Control department
