    Care este profilul pe care il cautam?

    · De preferinta studii economice sau cunoasterea industriei bancare si ca urmare a experientei intr-o pozitie similara;

    · Experienta de lucru in Records DB Fabo Platform, Vantage;

    · Minimum 2 ani de experienta (de preferat intr-o pozitie similara);

    Echipa de expertiza "Know Your Customer" (KYC) are scopul de a implementa procese si controale, in conformitatea cu legea, pentru a preveni criminalitatea economica financiara, spalarea banilor, finantarea terorismului etc. Aceasta echipa de experti se asigura ca exista procese si controale implementate la timp pentru a preveni si detecta actiunile suspecte.


    Gestionarea datelor de identificare a clientilor persoane juridice (Wholesale Banking si Mid Corporate Banking), precum si a informatiilor rezultate din procesul de identificare si cunoastere a clientilor.

    Ce faci de fapt in acest rol? Iata responsabilitatile:

    · Solicitarea si verificarea documentatiei pentru cunoasterea clientilor/non-clientilor si identificarea beneficiarilor reali in termenele agreate;

    · Inregistrarea si actualizarea in aplicatia Vantage a informatiilor privind identificarea beneficiarilor reali si a persoanelor care controleaza compania (UBO & controlling persons)

    · Intocmirea, initierea si actualizarea formularului electronic Customer Due Diligence (CDD Form) si aprobarea acestuia;

    · Evaluarea si clasificarea companiei in functie de informatiile si documentatia disponibila din punct de vedere FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act), CRS (Common Reporting Standard) si MiFID (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive)– in conformitate cu procedurile si flow-urile de lucru in vigoare;

    · Initierea, actualizarea si aprobarea formularelor electronice FATCA, CRS si MiFID in aplicatia Vantage in conformitate cu procedurile si flow-urile de lucru in vigoare.
