    • Studii medii/superioare;
    • Minim 1 an de experienta profesionala, de preferat intr-un post cu profil tehnic;
    • Cunostinte MsOffice;
    • Limba engleza (vorbit si scris) – fluent;

    • Asigurarea corespondentei bancare pentru departamentele care nu au acces la canalul SWIFT (IRM);
    • Verificarea si confirmarea pe Swift a semnaturilor autorizate la solicitarea clientilor si a altor banci;
    • Urmarirea primirii, analiza si distribuirea catre destinatari a mesajelor SWIFT (IRM) si a mesajelor Fax, primite pe adresele de e-mail dedicate;
    • Administrarea corespondenta e-mail catre/de la Banca Nationala a Romaniei, in reteaua securizata
    • Asigurarea verificarilor de conformitate necesare si comunicarea cu specialistii Swift din Centrala ING Amsterdam/Belgia in cadrul procesului de schimb de chei Swift (RMA);
    • Transmiterea catre clienti a fisierelor zilnice de colectari
    • Monitorizarea cozilor de mesaje Swift din IRM si GBS, identificarea problemelor si/sau asigurarea suportului in vederea corectarii, in conformitate cu procedurile in vigoare
    • Monitorizarea functionarii corecte a liniilor e-mail, fax si a aplicatiilor utilizate, cu escaladarea problemelor in cel mai scurt timp;
    • Mentinerea unei relatii de colaborare eficienta cu alte departamente si linii de afaceri ale bancii, la nivel local si international.
