    Requirements

    Experience on a similar position;
    Organized person with excellent relationship skills, able to adapt easily to different situations;
    English advanced level - written, read, spoken (you will collaborate with foreign clients and suppliers);
    Good knowledge PC - MS Office PC.

    Responsibilities

    Provide administrative support for all departments of the company;
    Protocol and secretariat activities (clients reception, meeting protocol, drafting and transmission of documents, booking of tickets and accommodation for various local and international travel);
    Relationship with suppliers for local and foreign purchase of products and services;
    HR support tasks (occupational health appointments, personal documents, holiday leave, medical leave, certificates, etc.);
    • Evidence of invoices, vouchers, accounts, travel orders.

    Net salary 2400 lei;
    Full-time work contract;
    Schedule 9-18.00 (1 hour lunch break);
    Location near Phoencia Grand Hotel (Apicola Station).
