- University degree;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Medium Excel skills;
- ERP systems (SAP) experience;
- Learning agility (especially for tools);
- Communication skills;
- Experience in the order-to-cash process;
- Project management experience would be a plus;
- Understanding the Pharma industry would be a plus.
- Executing and optimizing the Sales Orders (as part of Order to Cash - Delivery), communicating and finding solutions with Novartis’ Customers and 3pl;
- Ensuring continuous improvement of the performance of the Customer Service area (including SAP enhancements, process improvement, KPI, customer collaboration projects).
