    Cerinte

    Minimum knowledge of operating systems: for Windows 10, Winows 7, operations: installing operating system, troubleshooting users;
    Graduate studies;
    Minimum 1 year experience in a similar post;
    Microsoft Office 2013/2010 package;
    Printers: drivers, setup, installation;
    Communication skills;
    Analytical and decision-making capacity;

    Responsabilitati

    IT Help Desk:

    Participation in specific helpdesk activities
    Performs installation / debugging / reconfiguration of the equipment in the premises: PC, Monitors, Printers and other IT equipment: projectors, telephones, blackberry);
    Participate in IT DataRoom / Subcommunication Room cleaning activities;
    Participating in the surveillance activity for DataRoom specific maintenance: HVAC, Fire detection / extinguishing system, UPS;
    Help the boss directly and the head of the department to achieve the goals;
    Respect existing IT standards and procedures;
    Maintaining the inventory of equipment both in the premises and for POS;
    Make an inventory of the equipment in the premises and in the POS every 6 months;

    Building administration:

    Ensuring the optimal development of the administrative-logistic activity in the headquarters;
    Managing the headquarters and the working point of the organization, ensuring their supply with utilities, fixed assets, inventory items, raw materials and consumables;
    Correctly managing contracts for the purchase of goods and services in order to avoid costs;
    Managing relocation activities (removals and relocation of furniture at the company's headquarters).
