Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance/ Economic background);
• Desirable 1-2 years accounting experience;
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• Good organizational skills and attention to details;
• English Proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entry to ensure journal posted is as per business rules established by end market or it is duly approved;
• Perform GL / bank reconciliations and follow-up on reconciling items to ensure all items are captured into the correct GLs;
• Process daily bank statements to ensure all bank line items are posted and captured correctly to the books;
• Prepare daily cash flow tracker to provide end market complete and accurate information on the overall cash position of an entity;
• Maintain fixed assets register and process fixed assets transactions in accordance to company policy and accounting standards;
• Perform analysis and clearing of balance sheet accounts to ensure accounts are clean and suspicious transactions investigated.
