    Higher education, marketing and e-commerce background is preferred.
    5+ years digital experience as e-commerce specialist, Project Manager, Online Business in a multi-channel e-Commerce environment
    Thorough understanding of standard online metrics and terminology. Knowledge of web analytics tools required, Omniture experience a plus.
    Micro-level understanding of the online advertising.
    In depth knowledge of e-commerce specifics.
    Strong ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, communicate information in a timely fashion and with the appropriate sense of urgency.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated work ethic and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.


    Participates in the formulation and execution of Avon’s strategy related to online customer acquisition.
    Responsible for digital performance budgets to ensure healthy balance of customer acquisition costs & maximum ROI
    Work with the local media agencies implement media strategy to ensure quality traffic is driven to Avon’s own platforms
    Leverage third party tools enhance acquisition efforts and drive efficiency (e-mail marketing, conversion optimization, etc.)
    Coordinate a team of 3 content specialist to ensure relevant content on Avon’s own platforms, support for 360 marketing activations and local execution of media campaigns.
    KPIs of the role: Cost per customer acquisition, Cost per appointment, ROI (based on CLV and RLV)
