Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry;
Solid technical knowledge in chemistry;
Experience in the industrial fields of Environmental Protection, Health and Safety and/or Quality Management System for at least 3 years, ensuring relationship with the authorities is advantage;
Team player with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, capable to influencing behaviors;
Ability to plan and organise time effectively;
Technical, rigorous, meticulous analytical thinker, detail-oriented;
Hands-on approach and willingness to spend 50% of the working time in the production area;
Fluent in English or French.

Follow the evolution of legal requirements and ensure that they are complied with in the plant;
Makes the gap analysis, builds and pilots the corrective action plans;
Make inventory of chemical products present in the plant and authorize their use; Participate in environmental risk analysis;
Achieves and pilots the assessment of chemical and biological risks in every workplace from the plant;
Defines the supervision of personnel exposure to chemical and biological factors at work, in relation to the outcome of the risk assessment;
Pilot the implementation of protective and preventive means to ensure risk control (industrial and environmental hygiene) at the workplace;
Develops awareness and training programs for staff (industrial hygiene and environmental protection);
Ensure the availability and compliance of the Safety Technical File (FTS), develop and update the Product Safety Instructions (ISP / CSP) at the post and the labels for chemical products;
Knows the requirements for risk control in the field of Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Protection since the early stages of the project implementation; Guarantees the availability of all necessary information for the definition of medical surveillance protocols and ensure compliance with the requirements of the environmental / water management requirements;
Ensure traceability of data and actions;
Prepares and assists with internal and external audits in the areas of Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Protection, Environmental and Prevention Management System and Health and Safety at Work / Environmental Protection Authority inspections;
Intervenes as an expert in the relationship with the social partners and state control authorities in the two areas;
Associate Environmental and Prevention Management System process owners in the application and maintenance of processes (improvements, corrections, evaluations ...); Participate in the preparation of compliance plans, operational control and progress, and aim to achieve them;
Drafts, elaborates and manages the documents, procedures and instructions required by the Environmental and Prevention Management System, which aim to comply with the legal regulations and internal requirements of the Group.
Controls the implementation of these documents, procedures and instructions;
Participate in the synthesis of the Environmental and Prevention Management System Management Analysis;
He is a designated worker and performs specific tasks in accordance with the legal requirements in force.
