In Romania, we have a strong Finance and Accounting Business Process Outsourcing division for which we are constantly recruiting and training fresh graduates or entry level candidates with Foreign Language capabilities.

The Finance and Accounting skills will be trained for a period of 1 month during which we are helping new joiners gain the needed knowledge and skills to help them make a better transition into out BPO F&A Division and help them become successful on their role.
After the training, based on your performance, we will consider offering a job within one of our Finance and Accounting projects.
The training addresses, through a variety of methods, the major knowledge/skills/areas required for a successful integration on the job:
• Outsourcing
• Accounting
• Communication

Currently, the program is open for German speakers with the following profile:

• University graduate;
• Ability to speak, read and write German
• Fluency in English and familiarity with MS Office suite;
• Strong interest to start a career in finance;
• Positive, genuine problem solver and good communicator;
• Ability to multi task and remain organized in a fast paced environment.
