At least 3 years of experience on a similar role
Experience with Workday or any other HRM system as an admin, power user or SME
Advanced Excel knowledge, planning and budgeting skills
Excellent command in English language
Attention to detail, analytical and mathematical mindset
Ability to drive change and influence others when implementing

Preparation of compensation budget and quarterly outlooks
Calculation, communication and audit annual& sales bonus plans;
Responsible for Annual Merit process
Acting as a single point of contact for the external payroll and admin providers
Making all necessary updates in Workday based on input by HRBPs
Responsible for C&B related policies management
Active participation in negotiations with external benefit providers (together with Sourcing/Purchasing department) in order to ensure market competitiveness
