University degree (preferably Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain management)
Strong transport experience
Proven capabilities in planning, organizing and managing resources
Experience with retail trading periods and commercial awareness
A hands-on management approach that encourages change and creative problem-solving
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment
Strong people management skills, proven leadership abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Project management skills
Knowledge of transport legislation
Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken) and computer literacy (MS Office)

Manage and improve daily transport operations from Central warehouse
Prepare internal rules and procedures related to transport operations
Responsible for effective cost management.
Build-up and manage the transport team
Create and implement routing for transport team
Negotiate transport carriers contracts, upervise subcontractors performance
Integrate transport activities into logistic pipeline
