The Partner Support Specialist manages the administrative relationships with service partners and the administrative processes of the company, supports operations, provides assistance for ongoing projects within its sphere of responsibility, maintains records and other data or related documents.
Requirements:
Between 1 year and 3 years of experience in a similar position
Economic / commercial / technical studies ·
Advanced French and English
Very good communication skills
Client orientation
Ability to organize and work under stress
Responsibilities:
-Fully manages the process in different regions and countries and is the main contact for the company's service partners
-Assists service partners in financial and logistics operations and is responsible for addressing all issues related to the functionality of the process
-Responsible for operational excellence and customer satisfaction
-Searches for relevant information, analyzes, collects data for reports, and manages workflows, following manager directions as well as other administrative procedures
-Provides assistance and training for service partners in the use of electronic tools provided by the company so that partners can work in optimal conditions
-It is the first contact point for resolving the situations that occurred in the company's applications
-Responds in time, is fully responsible for the logistics related requests
-Tracks up to the final resolution all requests received by e-mail, telephone or electronic means and provides the customer with ongoing information about the status of his applications.
