    • Responsible for day to day management of Customer Master Data updates
    • Responsible for quality checks prior to loading a new customer into SAP:
    - naming standards are followed for name and address
    - local postal regulations are followed for address
    - customer legal name is used
    - customer does not already exist (no duplicates, 1 credit account per legal entity)
    - customer address is correct
    - ensures unique identifiers such as VAT registration number
    - data to be loaded is accurate
    - data to be loaded is complete
    • Make recommendation for process improvement
    • Participate to standardization projects that involve Customer Master Data changes.
    • Provide support in customer master migrations
