• Able to work with numbers (accuracy and speed)

1. Enter invoices and/or travel and expense claims in to the appropriate systems in order that suppliers and employees can be paid in accordance with agreed terms.
2. Ensure that suppliers’ and/or T&E claimants’ issues and queries received are resolved in line with the relevant Service Level Agreement. Any issues not resolved are managed in accordance with the issue resolution policy.
3. Conduct all relevant controls as per the defined schedule, thereby helping to identify and rectify processing errors on a timely basis.
4. Assist with preparing the monthly KPI reports in order that FSS performance can be reported to the relevant stakeholders.
5. Assist in period end closure activities.
