    Requirements

    * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (economics, finance, cybernetics, statistics, accounting, and financial administration software)
    * Advanced knowledge of retail credit risk specific processes and systems
    * Knowledge of mechanisms generating income and loss that help with profit optimization
    * Very good communication and interpersonal skills
    * Ability to synthesize analyzed information and present it to the senior management;
    * Good skills to assess and process statistical data
    * English Language – advanced level (writing and speaking) – required
    * Hungarian Language – an advantage
    * Advanced knowledge of MS Office
    * Advanced knowledge of MS SQL – a plus

    Responsibilities

    * Maintain and develop the credit control policy for the South-Europe Hub in compliance with internal and external regulations;
    * Propose changes to the credit control policy to support the company strategy and present such changes in front of the credit committees;
    * Monitor the performance of credit strategies subject to the existent credit control policy;
    * Monitor and report the impact of any changes introduced into the credit strategies;
    * Assess and report information relevant to the management concerning the credit portfolio performance in different customer segments or products;
    * Support the creation of the new products in accordance with the group/local strategy and update all the relevant credit systems/strategies to accommodate them;
    * Support the development of creative approaches in terms of customer segregation/product development to improve business performance;
    * Engage in projects relating to lending activity and customer monitoring;
    * Ensures that the organization has the necessary resources to achieve all the present and future business needs (inclusively supporting the talent development within the group as a whole), by attracting, developing and retaining the high-quality employees;
    * Manages and ensures that succession and personal development plans are implemented for the members of her/his team;
    * Ensures that the Analysts in the Credit policy team have objectives aligned with the South European Credit Risk team and that these are reviewed annually according to the local HR procedures in place;
    * Carry out any other tasks requested by the line manager and/or hierarchic manager in compliance with the company’s regulations and standing legal provisions and the requirements included in the job description.
