Rebates Analyst with English (Afternoon Shift)

Very good English language skills (written and spoken);
Very good knowledge of the Rebates process (similar experience represents an advantage);
Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel in particular); SAP experience represents an advantage as well;
Availability for afternoon shifts

Analyses the Rebates related customer/sales queries in order to validate the amount stipulated in their contracts
Works closely with the Rebates Managers in order to ensure the resolution of the rebates files within the agreed deadlines
Maintains regular contact with the internal and external customers via the communication means available (telephone, e-mail, fax, mail) to fulfill all work-related tasks for the rebates requests
Create and update the SOPs/QRG in scop
Adjusts, handles queries and resolves problems within company guidelines and policy
