Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.
Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)
Fluency in French and good English skills
Good organizational skills
Flexible working location- Our service is online so your location does not matter
A working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
You only need a large computer monitor, quiet environment, good internet connection, and landline
The Customer Support Representative employs are responsible for responding to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently and effectively, developing and maintaining a full technical knowledge of client products and services and recognizing when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff. They will be also responsible for logging of all calls accurately and in line with procedure, maintaining and updating all administration and consulting product manuals and be able to advise customer of appropriate options / solutions.Other info
