    - Coordinates the (organizational) interface between departments and Country Manager
    - Responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to managers
    - Coordinates aspects and specific tasks
    - Ensures the translation of confidential documents
    - Organizes the agenda and schedules meetings / sessions using Outlook
    - Organizes and maintains up-to-date (paper and electronic) documents
    - Responsible for the organization of internal and external travel (hotel, transport, etc.)
    - Provides day-to-day support for various issues
    - Responsible for planning and enrolling in conferences, events
    - Monitors the company’s official email address and redirect received emails to relevant departaments
    -Manages the Entry and Exit Documents Register, receiving / sending faxes, sending documents by courier services
    - Organizes and presents for approval a document map for signing
    - Hotel and transport reservations for international and internal visits
    - Centralizes and sends weekly and monthly reports
    - Maintains the confidentiality of all data it has access to
