Job requirements:
3-5 years experience in HR field – preferably on a HR BP or managerial position;
Experience in leading, implementing HR projects/processes;
Very good knowledge of English (B2);
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Excellent communication skills;
Proactive attitude in problem solving and creativity.
Responsabilitati
As a HR Business Partner in VEO, you will
Understand key business goals and bsiness priorities;
Be able to apply to core areas of HR responsibilities in order to prioritize work and set goals;
Provide input into organized discussions (i.e. information about talent for succession planning, attrition risks);
Conduct diagnostics to identify trends & environmental or workplace issues and will communicate your findings;
Conduct investigations of employee relations issues in consultation with management;
Understand local market for staffing needs;
Be a partner for leaders on talent development;
Be a partner for managers on individual employee performance improvement plans;
Identify gaps in policy and services, as well as make recommendations for system process improvement and may draft and maintain policies for site;
Roll out new policy changes/services and ensures business adaptation and/or understanding of changes.
