    Requirements

    o Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
    o 4 or more years professional experience, preferably in a staffing or PM role.
    o Reporting Relationships: Manager/ Director.
    o Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and facilitation. Needs to have a regular habit of informing stakeholders about the status of their requests.
    o Approachability with internal stakeholders.
    o Must be highly self-motivated and self-directed.
    o Excellent customer service skills/orientation.
    o Like to work in an ambiguous environment.
    o Proven success working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Able to find common ground with peers.
    o Fluent English speaker. German – nice to have.

    Responsibilities

    o Respond quickly to new resource requests from our internal customers (Project Managers, Market Leads). Keep internal customer up to date on starts of resolving request and keep status in PSA updated;
    o Achieve resolution to new staffing requests quickly by finding and deciding appropriate resource to schedule. You can find correct resource by leveraging the skills database, working with your WFM colleagues and by leveraging the CoCom.
    o Remain aligned on Market Leads, Project Managers and People Development Managers by communicating regularly, attending calls and monitor scope changes and business priorities. Collect and update new project Dashboards from PM’s as needed. Keep the data in the system up to date and accurate.
    o Understand the business and the needs of your customers.
    o Help WFM Team Deliver on our Utilization goals by ensuring your resources are fully used by the Project Manager and search for work to fill in gaps for resources. To measure Utilization, leverage available reports, including Qlik. Escalate to your WFM Lead if you are not able to fully utilize resources.
    o Work cross-functionally with peers in other geographies to support the fulfilment of international staffing requests.
    o Be able to collect relevant facts in the event you need to drive an escalation due to staffing conflicts (when we have multiple customers needing the same resources), and communicate to your WFM lead
    o Works with Partners to hire Sub Contractors in line with our Sub K Plan. Also, run the Sub K reports to support the Monthly forecast process.
    o Partner with Community Leads to help career progressions for consultants, including staffing in proscribed Training or job shadowing activity.
    o Review and Approve Overhead activity including: PTO, Training, Administrative and Bench Time
    o Follow the WFM staffing processes and make recommendations if you see opportunity for improvement

    o You will be part of the Workforce Management Team formed by highly motivated Resource Planners. The team is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our internal customers, while at the same time achieving high utilization of our resources through effective staffing.

    Your Impact:

    o PTC is looking for a Senior Resource Planner to join Workforce Management Team for CER Region.
    o In this role you will work collaboratively with Project Managers, Market Leads and the ISU Lead, learn about our customers’ needs and interpret the needs into identify the appropriate resource.
    o You will be expected to communicate effectively with stakeholders and follow any escalation process.
    o You will also be expected to follow our existing processes and make recommendations when you see opportunities for process improvement.
