Graphic Designer with Marketing skills

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Min. 3 year of experience in Graphic & Web Design from which 1-2 years working as a Graphic designer or in a marketing department
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premier, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
• Excellent visual design skills & ability to solve problems creatively with a flexible attitude
• Experience in designing for sales and marketing products, for social media and online platforms
• Experience with designing for both digital and print environments and an understanding of the printing process and procedures
• Interest to keep up with all the novelties in the digital domain, Web trends and technologies
• Experience in marketing: branding, employer branding, social media, content
• Enthusiastic about marketing, following industry news
• Close attention to details and ability to prioritize work
• Proactivity and team player attitude is a must
• Excellent written and spoken English

What you’ll be doing:

• Graphic design for marketing purposes online and offline
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures and marketing materials
• Take photos and create videos of employees, events
• Create templates, implement content and functionalities in MailChimp
• Conduct different types of research for marketing
• Write copy for social media posts or news related to the company
• Update the Wirtek websites with new information
• Work closely with other team members in the marketing department on various tasks
• Collaborate with other departments to gather information for marketing campaigns
