In order to support our growth plans and maximise our global efficiency, we are setting up a new technology and operations hub in Bucharest which will play a key role in providing services to the group and to our clients across the world. We aim to initially employ a team of 200 professionals in Romania across a range of technology data services and corporate function roles Our career opportunities cover a number of areas:
Web services - software development, system administration, maintenance and operational support for LSEG web platforms (both Linux and Windows platforms);
Corporate Services - corporate system administration and corporate application support for platforms based on Windows, Citrix and Red HAT;
Market Services which includes application support, system administration and database services engineering for LSEG markets;
Post Trade Services which includes software development and DevOps.
Your role will be to develop, own and deliver candidate attraction strategies that will support the build out of the LSEG tech and operations hub in Bucharest. In this role, you will effectively manage the talent pool of Candidates, conducting interviews, short-listing appropriate Candidates, providing feedback and reporting activities, liaising with Hiring Managers to obtain any missing information and to ensure required vacancy approvals are actioned, uploading job adverts onto internal portals and external job boards as required, arranging interviews. You will need to ensure that the recruitment SLA’s are met.
Skills & experience
We are looking for multilingual, dynamic professionals with strong abilities of multitasking and good organization skills. Previous experience in sourcing position is essential (at least 6 months). The ideal candidate is a good team player with flexible approach. As you will be responsible for Romanian recruitment projects, you need to be fluent in English and Romanian. We’re looking for an individual who is highly motivated, has great attention to detail and thrives on working in a fast paced environment.
