    Requirements

    • Advanced English (written + spoken);
    • Excel & PPT Medium-Advanced Level;
    • Good communication skills;
    • Ability to work with deadlines.

    Responsibilities

    •Create the agenda for site visits (book rooms, arrange the pick-ups for the visitors);
    •Weekly and monthly accomplishments coordination and presentation;
    •Manage QBR and team meetings agenda (ensure all team members submit in due time the updates for the team meetings and KPI reviews with Senior management);
    •Drive recruitment process by maintaining the relationship with the contingent workforce agency (schedule interviews, book rooms for interviews, guide the candidates, report interview feedback to the agency, keep a tracker off all interviews);
    •Create expense reports;
    •Team support;
    •Order office supply products in SmartBuy;
    •Organizing team activities & trainings;
    •Seats planning;
    •Travel Arrangements (visas, accommodation, flights);
    •Manage vacation trackers;
    •Keep org chart updated.
