What you bring to the team?
Passion for delivery and customer satisfaction with an enthusiastic, “get-it-done” attitude and ability to see the big picture

English (writing, speaking) advanced

You’ll find out where the data comes from, its journey through complex data architecture and how the team makes sure that we always have access to qualitative data that the business needs. It’s a big responsibility, but also a great challenge that makes every day different from others.
Business Intelligence is the place where data is turned into stories and insights. Business departments need to know relevant information about customers’ behavior and how ING can respond to their needs quickly and better. That is why BI has a major role in reaching our goals and growing our company in a smarter and faster way.
Customer Communication takes one step forward after finding out what our customers need or may need. They design and implement targeted campaigns to communicate with clients about the way ING could support them in achieving their financial goals. It takes a lot of planning, technical skills and analysis for successful campaigns. Therefore, their activity is essential in generating business and developing our clients portfolio.
