    HILL International has been working on the Romanian market since the 90’s, successfully conducting searches for top management and middle management roles in the Finance, Marketing, Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Operations, Computers and Information Technology areas for international and multinational companies present in Romania (Agribusiness, Automotive, BPO/Call Center, Finance/Banking, Construction/Chemical/Plastic, FMCG, Oil&Gas, Pharma, Transportation/Logistics, etc).


    We are looking for candidates with University Degree in Mechanics/ Metallurgy / Chemistry / Physics, accompanied by a strong willingness to learn and a technical minded personality; your successful experience in sales of laboratory products will be in your advantage.

    Should you acknowledge yourself as an active, sales driven and ambitious individual with excellent planning, organizational and negotiation skills, we are searching for you.

    Additionally, initiative, interpersonal awareness together with a performance-oriented attitude are highly appreciated.

    Good command of English, PC literacy and driving license will be basic instruments for successfully completing your job; therefore, we expect you to bring in your dedication and passion for professional accomplishments along with your hands-on mentality.

    Your main challenges will consist of initiating, maintaining and developing excellent business relationships with clients, representing the company’s products portfolio.

    Being fully responsible for the allocated line of laboratory products, you are expected to thoroughly and continuously monitor the market for identifying new business opportunities and implementing specific product presentations and marketing initiatives.

    Maintaining and updating a complete customer database and providing regular reports on your field sales visits will be part of your tasks, as well, being considered not only as administrative tasks, but as part of your daily business success.

    In effect, your key role will be to represent the company’s business all over Romania, advising customers on the best technical products & solutions for their business needs, accordingly, high availability for travelling is mandatory.

    Our client is a multinational company, well known for its wide range of top-quality laboratory equipments and tailor-made technical solutions. In order to complete its team of high professionals, our client is looking for a highly active and organized person to fulfill the position of Area Sales Manager.
