Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Degree in Engineering/
Chemistry is also possible);
• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus;
• Good knowledge of quality methodology and tools is a plus;
• Good PC knowledge (MS Office, Power Point, Excel);
• English C1 mandatory;
• Methodic, organized and structured;
• Good analytical skills.

What does a Quality engineer do?

Responsibilities:
• Ensures technical expertise in the quality area
• Ensures that quality procedures and policies are met in the allocated perimeter
• Evaluates the existing procedures and makes proposals for optimization
• Performs nonconformity analysis in order to track root causes for the production errors
• Makes proposals in order to prevent and correct errors
• Trains the production and quality operators

After the period spent in Poland, you will be able to apply all the skills and knowledge acquired in one of our production facilities in Romania: - the plant in Florești, Prahova - where Michelin produces tires for cars and light trucks or in Zalău - in the metallic cord plant or in the plant designed for manufacturing tires for industrial vehicles and trucks.
