SharePoint Administrator

Infosys Consulting Romanian Office is enlarging its team with the new Office Building in Str. Buzesti 85, close to Victoriei Square Metro Station.

Required:
• At Least 5 years of experience in SharePoint technologies
• Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 (SharePoint Online + other services like Yammer, On Drive)
• Significant experience in delivering SharePoint based intranet and collaboration solutions.
• Expert knowledge in SharePoint Infrastructure, Application, Search and Integration architecture.
• Proven skills in areas of defining enterprise collaboration strategy, articulating solution value & benefits, UX, social technologies and change management.
• Enabling IT solutions for the business process to automate the process flows.
• Experience in applications development in SharePoint On-Premise and Online and customizing the forms using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath forms, AngularJS and JQuery.
• Knowledge of automating the manual process by developing workflows using Nintex workflow 2013, SharePoint Designer workflow 2013.
• Participate in business and system requirements sessions.
• Gather requirements and provide estimation for application development.
• Involve on proof of concept (POC) development to validate proposed solution and reduce technical risk.
• Participate in code and design reviews and also used check style tool for code quality improvements.
• Proven solution delivery experience in leading large, geographically distributed teams

Preferred:
• Strategic thinker with strong executive presence, presentation, customer relationship management and analytical skills
• Experience in providing advanced technology advisory service
• Experience in SharePoint 2016 and customization using PowerShell Scripts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS offerings is a plus
• Experience and sound knowledge in SharePoint Upgrade
• Understanding of market and technology trends
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point
