LoA Tool Administrator

A Snapshot of Your Day:

As a LoA Tool Administrator, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the project teams in terms of any requests regarding LoA@Salesforce. You should have a strong ability to understand the sales team requirements, while keeping the bigger picture in mind to ensure tool governance and finding potential synergies. You implement changes in the LoA questionnaires as a basis for risk management at GT and develop appropriate training sessions, documents and communication (e.g. Yammer, Sharepoint) for the users.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• User consulting on tool issues: Troubleshooting and Support
• User and Permission Management: Managing user accounts and permissions/roles to control access to LoA@Salesforce and ensure proper authorization levels.
• Collaboration with PE and first point of contact regarding change requests in coordination with GT LoA Coordinator
• Data actualization, including creation/upload/update of Important Documents in the Tool, like Questionnaires, new Org-Structure as basis for Approvals in coordination with GT LoA Coordinator.
• Execution of LoA@Salesforce Tool trainings
• Managing the Sharepoint SE GT LoA site: Update Sharepoint site and User management
• Create a Yammer channel for GT LOA: LoA Yammer Publish tool updates / new additions to LoA process in coordination with GT LoA Coordinators in Yammer
• Coordination with Salesforce Opportunity Management Module to conceptually design potential interface to SF Module Opportunity Management

What You Bring:

• Sound experience in complex project environments
• Degree (university/university of applied science) in an engineering or information technology
• Profound knowledge in bid approval and risk management process (LoA) as well as in Salesforce
• Experience in interdisciplinary international project teams across different organizational levels is an advantage
• Handle multiple assignments and ad hoc requests simultaneously and with high diligence
• Stress resistant and able to work under time-pressure
• Very good analytical skills, strong coordination and communication skills, high level of commitment to driving topics forward to achieve the necessary results
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting of complex issues.
• Energetic, creative, and proactive personality
• Solid English language skills are mandatory
