Sociable, international way of thinking and working, feel comfortable to work in an international team
English at intermediate level
Good ability to work with the Microsoft Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Internet skills (e.g. emailing, search engines
Use of digital tools to run and improve existing day to day administrative operations
Support the team to work in a fun and lively environment by organising internal team building activities, ensuring the right tools and supplies are available, managing the office facilities and having the flexibility to implement anything that would bring added value to how the team is working together
Schedule and organise meetings/working lunch and dinner, appointments, phone calls as requested
Manage and research logistics/ suppliers (i.e. printshops/ shipping/translations/ hotels/ trophies)
Collect and mail correspondence/ shipping of documents and packages/preparing customs papers
Support the team with international travel planning/ booking hotels and flight tickets, researching and finalising payments
