•Technical bachelor degree;
•3- 5 years of experience within the maintenance field of activity;
•Minimum 3 years of leadership experience;
•English – advanced level;
•Defines the objectives and the annual targets of the maintenance department;
•Prepares the preventive and the predictive maintenance plan;
•Develops corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance instructions and procedures;
•Develops action plans for the out of target indicators;
•Provides support for interventions in case of scheduled shutdowns as well as accidental production stoppages (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automatic);
•Analyzes, based on Problem Solving approach, the root causes and proposes preventive measures for accidental stoppages;
•Evaluates the annual performance of the subordinated employees and develops individual development plans.
